1.
again I look away, I shed a bit of skin once I own something it loses value the stars told me so it might just be placebo I don’t care I’m happy if it is I don’t need no blessing I need you to save me or so I think I’m waiting outside for you this wave I’m trying to ride where are you nobody told me how it’s dangerous there is no end to this thirst how much is enough? is enough the end? I can't tell what if it is? I don’t need no blessing I need you to save me when dusk comes I see why I go weary I see why I wanna feel alive
2.
Hazemaze 04:40
I poured some gold in your cup To squeeze out some hazy truths We move on up And as the afternoon lingers on And the sun inebriates at the same time As us I hope you’re reminded of how long I’ll be gone I let you Wander on the other side So you could Come back here better I told you I’d never be your dusty snack Bottom shelf food Only late hours Joke’s on me, I fooled myself But if I disclosed baby That it’s hard for me Would you try to fix me too Hold onto that first glance Never let it go So I showed you a rose in a bush To make you pick out the thorns It’s a push I’m willing to make a point About you my boo But how come do I find splinters In my fingers How many rules do I overlook Til I lose you Out of my sight
3.
I’m not sure if the flowers were better but there was a giant cloud even though it’s hard to admit we’ve lost even though it hurts to admit we’re lost we knew from the start that we were not gonna end well we knew from the start that we were doomed to not end good all hail the heartbreak queen rejoice before her sweet tears it’s her force you gave me a kiss and it sent me under another hit-or-miss how else would we know its worth? we might’ve never met, or been elsewhere I knew from the start that it was your eyes I needed to see my face I knew from the stars that solace never came alone, never left silent all hail the heartbreak queen rejoice before her sweet tears it’s her force
4.
Look, I’m already gone We were meant to stay forever But we’ve already faded into the void Look, we already lost One day we’ll save the good old days Can’t wait to pave the way Turn back our tracks with a hack And jump back to the start One day we’ll save the old days Ooh, it’s nobody’s fault We were not meant to dance after dark The moonlit pavement threw us off Ooh, stare into the sky Deep blue sea of stones like eyes Staring down our predictable lies Oh but one day we’ll save the good old days Can’t wait to pave the way Turn back our tracks with a hack And jump back to the start One day we’ll save the old days Look, I’m already gone We were meant to stay forever But we’ve already faded into the void Look, we already lost (Play it from the top again) One day we’ll save the good old days Can’t wait to pave the way Turn back our tracks with a hack And jump back to the start One day we’ll save the old days
5.
Five 04:22
no in-between it seemed only high or down but I forgave I can no longer be angry it just turned me into a stone cold bitch who cries at night when emptiness doesn’t feel so full anymore but I can forgive could I even maybe forget? even though it’ll stick with me like a heavy stone in my shoe confining me to the sidewalk of love can I forget twice? can I forget thrice before I change my mind? lest it suffice I run headfirst into the feeling of a pinch in my gut to forget about the five stages again only to discover them anew once either of us is done
6.
Faceless 03:23
Faceless Your many forms and shapes Lie next to my pillow at night Heartless It’s easy to hear you say I am it all in your eyes Faceless You only hang around When again I’m left behind Nameless I’ll know the day has come Only when you are gone (Only when you are gone) I need you to make me feel Like I had a choice And the choice is mine Were your touch real I’d never run to them Again Faceless You took their hands and their hair I hoped you could cast a spell Soulless You remind me I don’t deserve My one forever The one who does Have a face
